JOURNEY of the ALCHEMIST
The famous alchemists from the medieval times to the late 19th century were desperately searching for the magical combination of the different ingredients to create the much desired aurum (Au), also known as gold. Some say the alchemists were also looking for the secret elixir of immortality.
Our mixologists, similar to the alchemists of the old times, are also researching the best combination of different, unexpected and very carefully selected ingredients to create a sensational experience of tastes, senses and flavors.
Our story of the renewed menu begins with a curious young adventurer, who became enamoured with the ancient art of Alchemy. Threw caution to the wind, he packed his bags and set off on an journey that would span the globe, to find the secret to that which all Alchemists truly desire. The secret to the Elixir of Life. He soon found that what one desires is not always what we need to find.
Throughout this quest, nine experts displayed to him the importance of many herbs, spices, tinctures and other fabled ingredients. Though to obtain the secrets these masters stood to offer, he made a pact. To return to the new world and share the wisdom he gained, so that we could stand to benefit from the knowledge of these fine masters.
Nine unique and essential concoctions based on these teachings were crafted by the young alchemist. As a way to soothe not only the body and mind, but ease the soul and improve the quality of human life.
